Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Total Quality Plumbing handles information submitted through this website.

Effective August 20, 2026

This policy applies to information collected through totalqualityplumbingtx.com. It does not replace any separate notices or agreements provided during customer service, employment, or onboarding.

Information we collect

When you contact us, request service, or apply for a job, we collect the information you choose to provide. That may include your name, contact details, service address, requested work, availability, work history, qualifications, references, résumé, and other files you upload. Our systems may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, and approximate location derived from an IP address.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to messages, evaluate and schedule service, prepare estimates, manage customer records, review employment applications, protect the website, troubleshoot problems, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

Website analytics

On the live production website, Google Analytics may measure page views and interactions so we can understand how the site is used. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our site configuration. Analytics is not loaded on our private preview environments. You can limit analytics through browser privacy controls, content blockers, or Google’s Analytics opt-out tools.

Service providers

We use service providers to host and operate the website, store form records and uploaded files, send operational email, and measure website usage. These providers currently include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and Google Analytics. They may process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy and security terms.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide services, evaluate an application, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, or other sensitive onboarding documents through a public website form.

Children and updates

This website is intended for customers and job applicants who can lawfully provide their information and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our website or service providers change. The effective date below will identify the current version.
